Details: Monogram
Hi everyone!
You might remember seeing my post a few weeks back about my experience with the popular monogram company, Love Always. Unfortunately, at the time I had a negative experience and wanted to share that with all of you. As I mentioned in that post, it is my job to tell you about great products and brands, but also to tell you about the negative aspects of companies. Just as all of those things are my job, it is also my responsibility to give you guys a follow up. That’s what I’m sharing today.
After sharing that blog and instagram, the owner of the company saw my post and read about my experience. I received 3 calls from her the next day. She explained to me that the sales woman I was working with was no longer at the company, and they were in the process of moving her accounts over to other people. My order must have gotten lost in the shuffle. She expressed her sincere apologies and embarrassment over what had happened. I could truly hear how sorry she was, and I appreciated that she wanted to talk it through with me. Shortly after, I received the correct monogram necklace, along with one for Olivia. I really like the quality and style of these monograms, and that’s why I cared so much about getting this one.
I completely understand that they’re a small company growing rapidly, and that is going to come with some growing pains. I appreciated that she wanted to talk with me and fix the problem. I believe that people and companies deserve a second chance, so I was happy to accept her apology.
Although I originally had a negative experience, I felt it was only right to share that the company has accepted responsibility and resolved the issue. All in all, if my experience helped improve the company’s processes or customer service, than I truly feel like it has turned into a positive.
