Prom Dress Review!
Last Saturday was my senior prom! It was hosted at the Railroad Freight Depot in the heart of Atlanta, and it couldn’t have been a better night!
My favorite part of the whole prom process was choosing my dress (of course!). The prom dress trend this year was more form fitted and two piece dresses were very popular. I knew a two piece dress did not exactly fit my style, but I still wanted my dress to have that modern feel.
Navy Floral Romper
Black + White Patterned Easter Dress
My dress today was under $30 – you definitely don’t have to spend a fortune to look great. I have found that TJ Maxx carries cute and quality items.. you just have to be willing to shuffle through a few racks of clothes. This season, I’ve been obsessing over patterns. While I’m shopping, patterns are the first thing that catch my eye. I think they are perfect when you just want something that is easy going – most of the time the pattern looks beautiful on it’s own (sometimes you don’t even need to accessorize!). It’s THAT easy.
Pink Bell Sleeve Blouse
Details: Pink Shirt with Tie Up Back | Jeans- Mid rise Jegging Fit | Strappy Back Bralette | Strappy Nude Wedges | First Two Necklace Layers
My clutch is from a small boutique in Marietta, GA, but you can find a similar one here
Since spring is among us, I’ve been searching high and low for bright colors to wear! I am in love with the color of this top and it has so many small details that just make the outfit. The bell sleeves give the blouse a flirty flare so that the solid color doesn’t make it look too plain.
